E-mandate Filter Fixes

We identified an issue with the results when filters are applied. With this release, the following conditions can now be applied:

Check if the customer's primary payment method has a mandate.

Subscription overridden payment method has a mandate.

When a payment method is deleted, then the subscription will not be shown when the filter is applied.

Check all the filter conditions with both positive and negative scenarios.

Issuing Country - Invoices

The issuing country for cards is currently viewable at a subscription and customer level. With this release, the card-issuing country will be viewable on invoices too. This will allow customers to utilize the Pay Now functionality more effectively with dunning failures.

Deals not created in HubSpot

This release fixes an issue where the Chargebee HubSpot integration did not create a new deal when there were no open deals in HubSpot.

Create subscriptions and quotes out of opportunities

The enhanced user interface for the Chargebee Salesforce integration now allows users to create subscriptions and quotes out of opportunities seamlessly.

Generate the first invoice in pending state

The Chargebee Salesforce integration now allows users to create subscriptions with metered items and generate the first invoice in a draft state.

Quoting for one-off charges

Creating a quote for one-off charges is now supported in Product Catalog 2.0.

Adding one-time charge items as unbilled charges

The Chargebee Salesforce integration now allows adding one-time charge items as unbilled charges.

Permission set for non-admin Salesforce users

As part of this enhancement, new permission sets have been introduced for non-admin users.

Google Pay final transaction not working

Customers can now process Google Pay transactions via Stripe with 3DS Authentication.

An issue with Custom Portal when End of Term is set as true

The view schedule changes option appears after updating the subscription and is working as expected with this bug fix.

Payment redirection issue while using Mollie payment gateway

This fix will redirect customers to the Chargebee site after successful 3DS authentication, and transaction details captured on the Mollie gateway will reflect rightly in Chargebee.

UI issues while using Drop-in script

The following UI issues have been fixed while using Drop-in script integration:

Double captcha.

Modal scroll bar which could be scrolled up to 20 pixels up and down.

Animation issue with checkout.

Invoices

We resolved multiple issues with this release:

While collecting charges for an invoice, we improved the error message that is displayed in the absence of a valid card, for more clarity.

We found the advance invoicing schedule for subscriptions created with a coupon to be failing. This is now fixed!

The dynamic prefix 'YYYY' was found to be unavailable while resetting the invoice numbering configuration, and this issue is now resolved.

An issue while creating a quote caused by Data Object Model manipulation on enum has been fixed.

An error was displayed while loading information for a draft invoice, which was identified to be due to the absence of the payment owner. This is now fixed!

Fixed a migration related issue caused by an incorrect date-time value.

Resolved an issue pertaining to loading information for cancelled subscription after switching to day-based proration from millisecond proration.

Report builder - Channel Attribute

An additional attribute was added to the Report builder for Subscription and Customer data source for filtering segment-level data in the dashboard. This will be enabled automatically if OmniChannel subscriptions is enabled for your site.

Lifetime Revenue Metric

A line graph feature was added to the Lifetime Revenue metric.

Cumulative change, Subscription Churn by Plan

This release fixes an issue of VUD (View Underlying Data) query using daily calendars instead of monthly calendars.

Rev lock

New site settings were added with this release - Revlock_integration, and enable_tax_withheld.

Tax Deduction Summary - Amount withheld

With this release, the Amount withheld attribute was introduced within Invoices to record offline payments.

The OOTB is now available in reports and the underlying data within the metric explorer to enable further analysis.

UI-related fixes

This release includes the following fixes:

Identified and fixed a pricing-related UI issue with the plan price decimals for subscriptions while editing the json meta data.

Identified and fixed an issue with overriding the price of a metered plan.

Subscriptions

We've fixed multiple issues in this release:

The Activate button for an archived price point is now disabled like how it's supposed to be. Archived price points cannot be activated while the associated plan, addon, or charge is still archived.

The pricing for archived price points were not displaying until refreshed. This is now fixed!

When associated plan is changed for a subscription, the differential pricing of the addon basis the new plan was found to not be applied automatically to calculate appropriate charges for the next billing cycle. This is now fixed!

While creating quick charge for a subscription, we've ensured that the validation is done on the 'Add charge' popup where the charge values are entered.

Subscriptions

Removed an unused filter from the filter list that was seldom used.

Retrieve coupons API latency

The List coupons API was just not working fast enough in some cases. We've improved the logic to make it serve results faster.

UI scalability changes

This release includes the following enhancements:

When viewing the list of unbilled charges for a customer or subscription, or while invoicing them, the details are shown on a new page to allow for a large number of charges.

A host of operations that involve fetching information from our databases, were improved for scale.

Some Copy Fixes

This release includes the following fixes:

Rectified the display message for recording offline payments for more accuracy.

Addressed a minor cursor issue while adding the billing country details during customer creation. The cursor now automatically points to the drop-down where you can type and look up for the country more quickly.

Custom field support

We have enhanced field level mapping for the "customer" entity to allow syncing of the customer custom field information from Chargebee to the Intacct custom field.

Custom field support

We now support syncing both custom and existing field level information of Chargebee Customer/Invoices to Quickbooks custom fields.

NetSuite Subscriptions sync fix

We have found an issue in the NetSuite Subscription-based sales order creation workflow causing the subscription sync to fail. This issue is now resolved.

SuiteTax Improvements

With this release, you can now override the tax amount when SuiteTax is enabled in NetSuite integrated with Avalara for tax calculation in Chargebee. This helps reduce manual effort to override tax amounts for calculations.
