Sep '26New FeatureBetaPayments

Accept local wallets and QR payments through dLocal

You can now offer seven local payment methods through your existing dLocal connection.

  • GCash: wallet payments in the Philippines, in PHP. The customer approves the first payment in GCash, and later recurring payments use that enrollment.
  • OVO: wallet payments in Indonesia, in IDR, with the same enrollment flow.
  • NuPay: wallet payments in Brazil, in BRL, with the same enrollment flow.
  • PicPay: wallet payments in Brazil, in BRL, with the same enrollment flow. Recurring charges are not available in production until dLocal finishes moving PicPay to its enrollment API.
  • Mercado Pago: wallet payments in Brazil (BRL), Chile (CLP), Mexico (MXN), and Colombia (COP), with the same enrollment flow.
  • Nequi QR: one-time QR payments in Colombia, in COP.
  • Thai QR: one-time QR payments in Thailand, in THB.

GCash, OVO, NuPay, PicPay, and Mercado Pago are available in In-App Checkout, Full-Page Checkout, the Chargebee Self-Serve Portal, APIs, and Chargebee.js. A later charge for Nequi QR or Thai QR needs a Pay Now link.

Why is this important?

Offer customers local wallet and QR payment options through your existing dLocal connection, without setting up a separate gateway connection for these methods.

How can you use it?

Prerequisite: Ask dLocal to enable the method on your account, and connect dLocal in Chargebee. Enable that method's currency on your site before you enable the payment method.

  1. Log in to your Chargebee Billing site.
  2. Go to Settings > Configure Chargebee > Payment Gateways, and open your dLocal gateway.
  3. On Configure dLocal, enable the method, and click Apply. Chargebee adds a Smart Routing rule for that currency when none exists yet.
  4. If a rule already points to another gateway, open Manage Rules under Smart Routing and route the payment method to dLocal.

Chargebee registers the dLocal webhook for you. You do not need to create that endpoint in the dLocal dashboard.

Sep '26New FeatureBetaPayments

Accept new local bank or QR payments using Stripe

You can now offer six local payment methods through your existing Stripe connection.

  • Bizum via Stripe: one-time payments in Spain, in EUR. The customer's phone number is required.
  • Pay by Bank via Stripe: one-time open-banking payments in Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, and the United Kingdom, in EUR or GBP.
  • PayNow via Stripe: one-time QR payments in Singapore, in SGD.
  • PayTo via Stripe: one-time and recurring bank payments in Australia, in AUD.
  • Pix via Stripe: one-time QR payments and recurring Pix Automático charges in Brazil, in BRL.
  • PromptPay via Stripe: one-time QR payments in Thailand, in THB.

Why is this important?

Offer customers local bank and QR payment options through the Stripe connection you already use for card payments, without adding a separate gateway connection for these methods.

How can you use it?

Prerequisite: Enable the payment method in your Stripe account.

  1. Log in to your Chargebee Billing site.
  2. Go to Settings > Configure Chargebee > Payment Gateways > Stripe, turn on the method, and click Apply.
  3. Open Manage Rules under Smart Routing, route that method's currency to your Stripe account, and click Save.

Each payment method's document covers the Stripe webhooks Chargebee needs for refunds and, for PayTo and Pix, for the final payment status.

Sep '26New FeatureBetaUsage-Based Billing

Get alerts when your prepaid credit balance is low

You can now set up alerts that notify you when the prepaid credit balance of a subscription drops to or below a threshold you choose. Each alert applies to a subscription and a credit unit.

Why is this important?

Identify subscriptions that need a top-up before credits run out, so your team can remind customers in time.

How can you use it?

  1. Sign in to your Chargebee Billing site.
  2. Go to Usages > Alerts and select Create Alert.
  3. Enter a name and description for the alert.
  4. Select Credits under Alert Type.
  5. Set the alert threshold, choose which subscriptions it applies to, and select the delivery channel. See Creating an alert for the scope and delivery settings.
  6. Click Save Alert.
Sep '26New FeatureUsage-Based Billing

Get alerts when usage spend reaches a threshold (EAP)

You can now create spend-based alerts that notify you when the accrued usage charges on a subscription reach a threshold.

Why is this important?

Earlier, you could set alerts on usage quantity only. Spend alerts help you monitor accrued usage charges, rather than usage quantity alone.

  • Avoid bill shock. You can reach out to a customer or adjust their plan before rising usage turns into an unexpected invoice.
  • Limit unpaid bills and fraud. You can spot unusual spikes early, such as unauthorised or runaway usage, before they grow into a charge that a customer disputes or doesn't pay.

How can you use it?

Spend alerts are in early access. Contact eap@chargebee.com to join the Early Adopter Program and enable this feature.

  1. Sign in to your Chargebee Billing site.
  2. Go to Usages > Alerts and select Create Alert.
  3. Enter an alert name and description.
  4. Select Spends as the Alert Type.
  5. Enter the spend threshold, select your preferred setting for the application of the alert, and select your preferred alert delivery channel.
  6. Click Save Alert.
Sep '26New FeatureInvoices

List payment schedule schemes with the API (EAP)

You can now retrieve the payment schedule schemes on your site with a single API call. The List payment schedule schemes endpoint returns your schemes sorted by ID, newest first. You can filter the results by ID and last updated time.

Why is this important?

You can find scheme IDs and details in a single request, instead of retrieving schemes one by one. This makes it easier to choose the right scheme when you work with payment schedules.

How can you use it?

Send a GET request to /api/v2/payment_schedule_schemes with your site API key. Use limit (up to 100) and offset to page through the results, and use the id and updated_at filters to narrow them. The list returns scheme-level details only. To get the schedules for a scheme, retrieve that scheme by its ID.

Sep '26New FeatureGrowth

Map survey reasons to Chargebee Billing cancellation reason codes

You can now map each Chargebee Growth survey reason to a Chargebee Billing cancellation reason code. When a customer cancels via a Retention offer, Growth sends the code corresponding to their answer to Billing. Before, every cancel carried the same code: Chargebee Retention. Several survey reasons can map to the same code. Reasons with no mapped code still send Chargebee Retention.

Why is this important?

Analyze cancellations by the customer's mapped survey reason instead of seeing every Growth cancellation grouped under 'Chargebee Retention.' This gives your Billing subscription history and churn reports more useful cancellation context.

How can you use it?

Prerequisite: Set up the codes in your Chargebee Billing site first. Learn more in Configuring reason codes.

  1. Log in to your Chargebee Growth site.
  2. Go to Experiences > Survey Reasons.
  3. Open a survey reason and select a Chargebee reason code.
  4. Save your changes.

Growth will send Chargebee Retention as the fallback code if the reason code has been disabled in Billing.

Sep '26EnhancementsHosted Capabilities

Multi-plan subscriptions are now supported on the Customer Portal (EAP)

When Multi-Plan Subscriptions is enabled in Chargebee Billing, your customers can now add multiple plans to their subscriptions through the Self-Serve Portal. They can also view and edit subscriptions that already include multiple plans.

Why is this important?

The portal previously didn't support subscriptions with multiple plans. Customers can now manage these subscriptions themselves instead of contacting you.

How can you use it?

Multi-plan subscriptions on the Customer Portal are in early access. Contact eap@chargebee.com to join the Early Adopter Program and enable this feature.

Review your portal settings to ensure they provide the right level of access to your customers.

Sep '26EnhancementsPayments

Try Payment Components before you integrate

You can now try Payment Components before integrating. Use the playground to see how the component changes by country, currency, layout, device, and theme, and get the integration snippet for your setup.

Why is this important?

Compare payment layouts and themes before you start integrating, then use the generated snippet as a starting point for your chosen setup.

How can you use it?

  1. Open the Payment Components overview page.
  2. In the playground, switch country and currency; compare the accordion and tab layouts; and preview desktop and mobile.
  3. Apply a theme, then expand View Code to copy the snippet.
Sep '26EnhancementsPayments

Advance to the next field when entry is complete

When a customer finishes a field in Payment Components, the cursor now moves to the next empty field. This happens when the field reaches its character limit or when validation passes.

Why is this important?

Customers can enter payment details with fewer clicks between fields.

How can you use it?

No additional setup is required.

Sep '26EnhancementsPayments

Enable Klarna, Amazon Pay, NMI ACH, and PayPal cards yourself

You can now enable Klarna via Stripe, Amazon Pay via Stripe, ACH via NMI, and cards and Venmo on PayPal Commerce directly in your Chargebee Billing site. Chargebee no longer has to enable these methods for you.

  • Klarna via Stripe covers one-time payments and recurring payments in USD.
  • Amazon Pay via Stripe is available for customers in the United States, in In-App Checkout, Full-Page Checkout, the Chargebee Self-Serve Portal, APIs, and Chargebee.js.
  • ACH via NMI is US bank debit in USD, for one-time payments and recurring payments.
  • Cards and Venmo on PayPal Commerce run on the same PayPal connection as PayPal wallet. Cards and Venmo use a PayPal Vault ID.

Why is this important?

You can offer these methods on the gateway connection you already use, and you can enable them without waiting for Chargebee Support.

How can you use it?

Prerequisite: Enable the method in your Stripe, NMI, or PayPal account before you turn it on in Chargebee.

  1. Log in to your Chargebee Billing site.
  2. Go to Settings > Configure Chargebee > Payment Gateways.
  3. Open the gateway and enable the method.
    • Stripe: turn on Klarna or Amazon Pay, then click Apply.
    • NMI: turn on Direct Debit (ACH/eCheck), enter your company name, email, and phone, click Save, then click Apply.
    • PayPal: enable Cards, Venmo, or both.
  4. For Klarna, Amazon Pay, and NMI ACH, open Manage Rules under Smart Routing, assign the gateway for that method and currency, then click Save.
Sep '26EnhancementsBetaPayments

Route cards by BIN, brand, type, and issuing country

You can now build Advanced Routing rules from the card itself. Conditions can use the 6-digit or 8-digit card BIN, card brand, card type (credit, debit, or prepaid), and issuing country.

Why is this important?

Route card payments to different gateways based on BIN, brand, type, or issuing country, instead of using one default gateway for every card.

How can you use it?

  1. Log in to your Chargebee Billing site.
  2. Go to Settings > Configure Chargebee > Payment Gateways > Advanced Routing.
  3. Click Create Rule.
  4. Add Card BIN, Card Brand, Card Type, or Card Issuing Country, choose the gateway, enter a rule name, and click Publish.
Sep '26EnhancementsPayments

Use your customer's card network on Adyen's Card Component

A co-badged card carries more than one network, such as Cartes Bancaires and Visa. When the card is collected through Adyen's Card Component and stored as a card token, Chargebee keeps the network your customer selects and uses it for the first charge and for recurring payments.

Why is this important?

For a card with more than one network, preserve the customer's selected network for recurring charges as well as the first payment.

How can you use it?

No additional setup is required when co-badged cards are already enabled for Adyen.

Sep '26EnhancementsPayments

Sign CyberSource requests with message-level encryption

If you process payments through CyberSource, Chargebee can sign and encrypt those gateway requests with message-level encryption (MLE). Chargebee also warns you when an uploaded certificate is nearing expiry.

Why is this important?

CyberSource is replacing HTTP signatures with message-level encryption, and Chargebee signs requests the same way so those payments keep working. The expiry warning gives you time to replace a certificate before it lapses.

How can you use it?

Chargebee turns MLE on per site, after CyberSource has enabled it for your account and both certificates are on file. It is not switched on for every CyberSource account at once.

  1. In your Chargebee Billing site, go to Settings > Configure Chargebee > Payment Gateways > CyberSource.
  2. Upload both P12 certificate files. One encrypts the requests Chargebee sends, and the other decrypts CyberSource's responses.
  3. After Chargebee enables MLE for the site, new gateway requests use those certificates. Watch the certificate-expiry warning on the gateway configuration and replace a certificate before it expires.
Sep '26EnhancementsInvoices

Dedicated API access and webhook events for e-invoices

You can now retrieve e-invoices and their related documents directly through the API, instead of only as a status on invoices and credit notes. Chargebee also sends dedicated webhook events when an e-invoice is created or updated.

Why is this important?

Get e-invoice status and details directly, without checking the parent invoice or credit note, and react to e-invoice changes in real time through dedicated events.

How can you use it?

To start receiving the e-invoice webhook events, contact Chargebee Support to enable them for your site.

Sep '26EnhancementsTaxation

Update invoice addresses without affecting AvaTax calculations

If your site uses AvaTax for Sales, you can now update the address lines, city, state, and zip on an invoice while its Avalara document status is Uncommitted, as long as the re-estimated tax stays the same.

Why is this important?

This lets you correct minor address details on recent invoices without voiding and recreating them, while still protecting against unexpected changes to calculated tax.

How can you use it?

To update the address on an invoice:

  1. In your Chargebee Billing site, go to Invoices and open the invoice.
  2. Click Update Invoice Address.
  3. Edit the address lines, city, state, or zip, and save.
Sep '26EnhancementsInvoices

Complete bank transfer details in E-invoices for SPI-based providers

E-invoices submitted through providers connected via the E-invoicing SPI now include complete bank details (account number or IBAN, BIC/SWIFT or routing code, and payment reference) in the payment_means field. This applies to Bank Transfer, Automated Bank Transfer, SEPA Credit Transfer, ACH Credit Transfer, and PayPal payment instructions.

Why is this important?

E-invoicing networks and formats such as Peppol, XRechnung, and FatturaPA require payment details on the e-invoice itself. Previously, bank details were incomplete for some payment instructions and missing for others. Complete details help your customers pay correctly and keep your submissions compliant.

How can you use it?

No action is needed. This applies automatically to e-invoices submitted through providers integrated using the E-invoicing SPI. See Enabling E-Invoicing for how providers are set up.

Sep '26EnhancementsRevenueStory

RevenueStory reporting for multi-plan subscriptions (EAP)

RevenueStory now reflects every plan on a subscription that uses Multi-Plan Subscriptions. RevenueStory previously modeled each subscription as tied to a single plan, so reports built around multi-plan subscriptions showed amounts and quantities for the primary plan only.

Why is this important?

Your plan-level reports now include the amounts and quantities of every plan on a subscription, not just the primary plan, and they no longer count a subscription more than once. Metrics such as MRR by plan and total subscriptions by plan stay reliable.

How can you use it?

RevenueStory reporting for multi-plan subscriptions is in early access. Contact eap@chargebee.com to join the Early Adopter Program and enable this feature. If your subscriptions use Multi-Plan Subscriptions, RevenueStory's existing reports and dashboards automatically reflect every plan on the subscription. To view Total MRR by Plan:

  1. In your Chargebee Billing site, go to RevenueStory in the left navigation.
  2. Select Reports Explorer, and search for Total MRR by Plan.

The Active Subscriptions by Plan dashboard groups multi-plan subscriptions under the label "Multi Plan Subscriptions."

Sep '26EnhancementsUsage-Based Billing

Use prepaid credits with trial subscriptions (EAP)

You can now start a subscription that uses prepaid credits with a trial period that begins immediately. Chargebee grants plan and addon credits only when the trial ends and the subscription becomes active.

Why is this important?

Let customers evaluate your product before committing to a paid plan, while keeping trial usage within a credit limit you define. Paid-plan credits are granted only when the subscription becomes active, so the trial does not use up the customer's first paid credit allocation.

How can you use it?

No additional setup is required for sites with prepaid credits enabled. Prepaid credits feature is in early access. Contact eap@chargebee.com to join the Early Adopter Program and enable this feature.

Sep '26EnhancementsSubscriptions

Clearer billing frequencies in Checkout and the Self-Serve Portal

Give customers a clearer picture of their recurring charges before checkout and throughout their subscription. For subscriptions using Multi-Frequency Billing, Checkout now displays each item's billing frequency in the cart, thank-you popup, and order summary.

In the Self-Serve Portal, the Manage subscriptions and subscription details pages group items with the same frequency under labels such as "Billed every 2 months". The portal also shows the amount of the next item renewal, when available.

Why is this important?

When an annual plan includes a monthly addon, one combined amount can make customers think every item renews together. Showing each item's billing frequency helps customers understand their recurring charges and reduces confusion about invoices and renewal schedules.

How can you use it?

No additional setup is required for sites using Multi-Frequency Billing. These details appear automatically in the latest hosted Checkout and the Self-Serve Portal.

Sep '26EnhancementsSubscriptions

Day-based proration now renews at the subscription start time

Day-based Proration Mode now renews subscriptions at the exact time they started, instead of at 00:00. This applies to sites created on or after May 19, 2026. Prorated charges and credits are still calculated in whole days, so only the renewal time changes.

Why is this important?

Renewals now preserve the time your customer's subscription started instead of moving it to midnight. For example, a monthly subscription that starts at 3 PM renews at 3 PM on its renewal date, rather than at 00:00. This avoids renewing the subscription earlier in the day than customers expect. Prorated charges and credits still use whole days, so this change affects renewal timing, not the proration calculation.

How can you use it?

No additional setup is required.

Sep '26EnhancementsSubscriptions

Hide exhausted and expired coupons and discounts by default

Exhausted and expired coupons and discounts are now hidden by default on the subscription details page. You can choose to show them when you need to review past discounts.

Why is this important?

You see the coupons and discounts that are still in effect without scrolling past ones that no longer apply.

How can you use it?

  1. Log in to your Chargebee Billing site.
  2. Navigate to Subscriptions.
  3. Open a subscription's details page and use the show or hide control for exhausted and expired coupons and discounts.
Sep '26EnhancementsSubscriptions

Override item descriptions in ramps

You can now override item descriptions when you create or edit a ramp. When the ramp takes effect, the item uses the description you entered instead of its catalog description.

Why is this important?

Catalog descriptions are the same for every customer. Now you can plan a customer-specific description along with a price or plan change, such as updated contract terms. Customers see the right context on each line item when the change takes effect, so they have fewer questions about what they pay for. You also don't need to edit the subscription by hand when the ramp applies.

How can you use it?

  1. Log in to your Chargebee Billing site.
  2. Navigate to Subscriptions.
  3. Open a subscription and select Create Ramps.
  4. In Product and Pricing, select the item you want to change.
  5. Enter the new description for the item.
  6. Save the ramp.

Items without an override keep their catalog description.

Sep '26EnhancementsInvoices

Send emails for voided invoices

You can now send an email for a voided invoice from the invoice details page. You can also include voided invoices when you send emails in bulk from the Invoices list. The email attaches the voided invoice PDF and does not include a Pay Now button. Voiding an invoice still does not send an email on its own.

Why is this important?

Customers who already received the original invoice might still try to pay it. You can now tell them the invoice is no longer valid, without contacting them outside Chargebee.

How can you use it?

No additional setup is required.

Sep '26EnhancementsInvoices

Group line items in credit note templates

You can now select a grouping configuration for the line item table in your credit note templates in the template builder. Line items then appear as grouped rows in the credit note PDF, the same way they do on invoices.

Why is this important?

Earlier, you could group line items only in invoice templates. Now your credit notes can match the layout of your invoices.

How can you use it?

  1. Go to the template builder for credit notes.
  2. Select the line item table in your template.
  3. Choose a grouping configuration for the table.
Sep '26EnhancementsInvoices

Collect failed scheduled payments when a payment method is added

When a customer adds a payment method, Chargebee can now collect the payments for earlier installments of a payment schedule that failed.

Why is this important?

You can recover overdue installments sooner, without waiting for the next retry or collecting them by hand.

How can you use it?

This feature is in early access. Contact Chargebee support to have this enabled in your Billing site.

Sep '26EnhancementsInvoices

More payment details in payment schedule API responses

The payment schedule API now returns more detail about payments and installment amounts.

  • Transactions: reference_transactions[] lists the transactions applied to the schedule entries. Each item includes schedule_entry_id, applied_amount, txn_id, txn_status, txn_date, and txn_amount. The list shows the 20 most recent transactions by transaction date.
  • Installment amounts: schedule_entries[].scheduled_amount returns the original installment amount. schedule_entries[].amount is the remaining amount due on the entry.

Why is this important?

You can see how much of each installment you have collected, and which transactions paid it.

How can you use it?

No additional setup is required. Retrieve the payment schedule for an invoice, and read the new fields in the response.

Sep '26EnhancementsInvoices

See in-progress payments in a subscription's invoice history

On the subscription details page, the invoice list under History now shows a Payment Initiated hourglass icon next to an invoice when a payment is in progress. Hover over the icon to see a tooltip.

Why is this important?

You can tell at a glance which invoices have a payment underway, so you don't retry or chase a payment that is already in progress.

How can you use it?

No additional setup is required.

Sep '26EnhancementsInvoices

Enter quantities on standalone credits for per-unit items

You can now enter a quantity when you issue a standalone credit for an item that uses per-unit pricing. This works in the Chargebee Billing UI and in the API. Earlier, standalone credits did not accept a quantity for these items.

Why is this important?

You can credit the exact number of units instead of working out the total amount by hand.

How can you use it?

  1. Log in to your Chargebee Billing site.
  2. Open the customer record, select Manage Credits, and then select Issue refundable credits.
  3. Add the per-unit item and enter the quantity.
Sep '26EnhancementsInvoices

Get the entity currency from the API

You can now retrieve the currency of a business entity from the API.

Why is this important?

You can use each entity's currency in your own reports and integrations without keeping a separate list.

How can you use it?

No additional setup is required.

Sep '26EnhancementsInvoices

See more details on pending invoices

Pending invoices now show details that were not available before, such as the billing address, shipping address, and payment instructions.

Why is this important?

You can review the full invoice and check the billing and shipping details on a pending invoice before you close it.

How can you use it?

No additional setup is required.

Sep '26EnhancementsInvoices

Void and delete invoices of transferred customers at the source entity

On sites with multiple business entities, you can now void and delete the invoices of a customer you transferred to another entity. You do this from the source entity.

Why is this important?

If an invoice needs to be voided or deleted after a customer transfer, you can handle it in the source entity where the invoice remains.

How can you use it?

No additional setup is required.

Sep '26EnhancementsGrowth

More audience fields and fuller exports in Renewal Optimization

You can now build Renewal Optimization audiences with more standard fields, plus subscription and customer custom fields, and coupon filters. Additionally, the Export as CSV file from View Subscribers now includes:

  • Current and scheduled coupons
  • Current and scheduled item tiers
  • The subscription and customer custom fields your audience uses
  • The actual date each scheduled change takes effect

Reviewing scheduled changes for large audiences is now smoother and more reliable.

Why is this important?

  • You can target the exact subscriptions you want and check them in the file before you run a change.
  • The export shows what will change for each subscription, and when.

How can you use it?

  1. Log in to your Chargebee Growth site.
  2. Go to Renewal Optimization > + Create Renewal Optimization, or reopen a draft. In the Audience step, add your conditions, including custom fields.
  3. Go to Configurations > View Subscribers.
  4. Select Export as CSV.
Sep '26EnhancementsGrowth

Track every targeting decision in the Activity log

Targeting explanations in the Activity log now show the full decision path for offers and cancel pages. You can see each sub-audience rule Growth checked and whether it passed or failed. You can also see which branch a percentage split assigned, and the final offer, cancel page, control, or no-target result. Sensitive values are redacted. The log also no longer fills up with duplicate Targeting Evaluation entries when a session repeats.

Why is this important?

You can work out why a customer saw a particular offer without reading the play configuration. Real activity is easier to find in the log.

How can you use it?

  1. Log in to your Chargebee Growth site.
  2. Go to Settings > Activity log and select a Targeting Evaluation entry to read the decision path.
Sep '26EnhancementsCRM HubSpot

Remove stale Chargebee data after a HubSpot redirect

When you run Redirect Sync in HubSpot Quote-to-Cash, Chargebee now clears the Chargebee properties on the HubSpot record you are leaving. This applies when you redirect a customer to a different contact or company, a subscription to a different deal, or an item price to a different product.

Why is this important?

Previously, Chargebee billing data remained on the old HubSpot record after Redirect Sync, which could lead your team to mistake it for the currently linked record. With this enhancement, HubSpot no longer shows Chargebee billing data on a record that is no longer mapped to a Chargebee record.

How can you use it?

To redirect a record:

  1. Log in to your Chargebee Billing site.
  2. Go to Apps > Go to Marketplace > Sales & CRM.
  3. Under Apps connected, click HubSpot Quote To Cash.
  4. On the Sync Dashboard, click View sync log, and select the record.
  5. Click Redirect Sync.

Chargebee unlinks the mapping between the Chargebee and HubSpot record, clears the Chargebee properties on the previous HubSpot record, then syncs to the new HubSpot record based on the mapping criteria.

Sep '26EnhancementsBetaMobile Subscriptions

See item name, billing frequency, and currency on omnichannel subscriptions

The omnichannel subscription details page now shows the item name, billing frequency, and currency.

Why is this important?

You can see what the customer bought, how often it bills, and which currency it uses without leaving the subscription.

How can you use it?

  1. Log in to your Chargebee Billing site.
  2. In the left navigation, go to Omnichannel Subscriptions.
  3. Select a subscription. The details page shows the Item Name at Source, Billing Frequency, and Currency.
Sep '26EnhancementsBetaMobile Subscriptions

Export omnichannel subscriptions

You can now export omnichannel subscriptions from the list page as a CSV.

Why is this important?

You can download omnichannel subscription data for reporting instead of copying each record from the list.

How can you use it?

Open Omnichannel Subscriptions, select Export, and download the CSV. You can filter the list first if you want a specific set of subscriptions.

Sep '26EnhancementsBetaMobile Subscriptions

Filter omnichannel subscriptions by ID at source

You can filter the Omnichannel Subscriptions list by ID at source, the identifier Apple App Store or Google Play Store uses for the subscription.

Why is this important?

You can find a store subscription from its Apple or Google identifier when you do not have the Chargebee subscription ID.

How can you use it?

  1. Log in to your Chargebee Billing site and go to Omnichannel Subscriptions.
  2. Click Filter list.
  3. Click Add Filter.
  4. From the Choose Attribute list, select ID at source.
  5. Specify the filter value or condition.
  6. Click Apply Filter to update the subscriptions list.
