NetSuite Sync Errors
We identified and fixed the following errors:
The entities failed with intermittent issues when syncing data to NetSuite.
Unable to download CSV file due to NetSuite sync errors. This is due to the non-existence of a default subsidiary in the Netsuite standard edition version. With this release, the base currency check is handled in both the standard and one world edition.
RevenueStory Fixes
The following issues are resolved with this release:
The relationship fields were found to be missing in API response for a few data sources in Report Builder.
An invoice transaction was found to not be synced with RevenueStory which caused issues with the data displayed on the dashboard.
The ARR(Transaction Currency) and Discount ARR(Transaction Currency) were not working.
We found a bug in the precheck condition of the Response Cache Job, which has now been fixed. We've also added a period end filter in SubComponentHistory queries.
RevenueStory Fixes
The following fixes were made to RevenueStory:
While using account hierarchy to review data in the customer insights section, only the child level reports were displayed to users even upon selecting a parent level option. This is fixed. Additionally, the option to review reports at the parent level is now hidden, when the account hierarchy is not set up.
A new exchange rate column is now added to relevant data sources on the report builder exports. This column captures the exact exchange rate used for converting the amount from transaction currency to the base or reporting currency.
The total subscription churn rate captured on the dashboard was found not to be in sync with the churn rate as per RevenueStory calculation.
The Revenue Recovery Rate by Dunning Attempt metric was not sorting attempt-wise and is now fixed.
Subscription Fixes
The following fixes were made to our Subscriptions:
The proration errors that occurred when tier pricing is set up. Any change or edits made to subscriptions will result in accurate credit notes being generated.
Errors associated with the Time Machine feature associated with Metered Billing and Calendar Billing are now resolved and now will function as expected.
Fixed the 500 errors in the Subscription and Customer Index page due to slow query.
Card Expiry Status Fix
The following fixes were made to the Card Expiry Status:
We've fixed the Card Expiry job issue, to get accurate results when Card Expiry level filters are applied on the Customer page.
We've fixed the Card Expiry status issue so that the status of the card is updated to expiring one month prior to the expiry date and transition to expired post expiry.
