Subscription Fixes
This release includes the following enhancements and fixes:
A banner is now displayed for customers who have migrated to Leap UI from Classic UI, which provides an option to revert back to Classic UI and provide their feedback. However, the following pages will not revert to Classic UI. This includes Orders, Quotes, Transactions, Email Logs, and Events.
Quotes were not updated with the latest price when edits were made to the one-time charge. This is now fixed!
The change to the subscription did not result in an MRR update.
An error was identified with the contract end date being displayed erroneously when multi-decimal support is enabled on your Chargebee site.
Salesforce CRM Integration Package v1.52.1
The following issues are resolved in this release.
An error message appears when the user attempts to validate the Payment & Shipping information step when adding an item to a subscription through the change subscription operation in Salesforce.
During sales-driven workflows, when a mandatory addon is attached to a plan, the user was unable to modify the quantity of the plan.
An additional section appears even if the sync rule for Opportunity states that nothing should be done.
HubSpot Quote-to-Cash Enhancements
The following features have been introduced for HubSpot Quote-to-Cash integration.
Contract terms renewal - You can now create subscriptions with contract terms out of HubSpot deals.
Configure e-invoices for customers who are authorized to receive them while creating subscriptions automatically and Via UI.
Salesforce CRM Integration Package v1.52
The following features have been introduced in this release.
You can configure e-invoices for customers who are authorized to receive them when creating or updating Chargebee customers in Salesforce.
You can now grant access to users who are part of a Salesforce public group like system administrators or sales managers to view and modify fields while they create subscriptions. When a user belongs to multiple groups with different permissions, the system assigns that user the highest permission across all groups.
Utilizing the Generate Checkout URL button while creating subscriptions, you can now seamlessly retrieve checkout links and use them in your sales workflows.
While configuring sync rules for plans and addons, you can now use custom fields on the Salesforce product to match with Chargebee items.
You can now schedule the Chargebee Salesforce integration to auto-sync Chargebee customers, subscriptions, invoices, and more records every 10 minutes.
While creating subscriptions from opportunities, customers can now pay via their bank account while using the checkout link to complete their purchases.
User Experience Improvements
This release includes the following user interface enhancements:
On the Customer Index Page, the active subscriptions will display first and implement the following sorting order
Active subscriptions are charged based on the plan, add-ons, and billing period.
Future Subscriptions that are yet to go into trial or active state on the specified date in the future.
In Trial Active subscriptions that are in trial mode.
Non Renewing Subscriptions that are scheduled to cancel and will no longer renew.
Canceled Inactive subscriptions that will no longer renew.
Customers can now create plans based on the currencies that are configured on their Chargebee site. This will help minimize errors associated with incorrect selection and improve user experience.
We have introduced a new tag to identify subscriptions that are Non-Renewing to differentiate them from subscriptions that are in Cancelled status.
Updated the Landing Page
For better understanding, we have updated the descriptions on the Entitlements Landing page. We have also added hyperlinks to the Implementation Guide , API Reference , and Chargebee Help Docs to help navigate entitlements with ease.
Subscription Fixes
This release includes the following fixes:
Any change associated with a plan would directly impact all coupons that were applied to the plan and add-ons too, even though the change was supposed to apply to the plan only.
We identified that the billing cycles were not included as part of the retrieve subscription with scheduled changes.
